Vegan Gluten Free Muffins
Tall Tender Muffins in a variety of flavors with a sugar crumb topping. You will not find any animal products in these muffins, making them okay for those who can not have eggs, dairy, or other items coming from an animal source.
They do contain Chickpea and a little bit of sustainable palm oil.

Ingredients
Sugar, Sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, psyllium husk, potato flour, Coconut milk (organic coconut milk ( filtered water, organic coconut cream), contains 2 % or less of : vitamin and mineral blend (calcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, calcium carbonate, L-selenomethionine{selenium}, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D2, zinc oxide, vitamin B12), organic sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, sea salt, Canola oil, Aquafaba, baking powder (Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate.), baking soda, Pure vanilla extract
In addition to the above ingredients, the following is added for each flavor.
Cinnamon Swirl- cinnamon, sugar
Lemon Poppyseed- Poppyseeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon extract ( Alcohol, water, oil of lemon)
Cranberry Orange- (Dried cranberries, Orange zest, fresh orange juice)
